PUSS PUSS Presents: Joss Norse, Where the worlds of fashion and sports merge

London based Director, Joss Norse, is focused on the merging the two worlds of fashion and sports.

Raised on a small volcanic island in the Atlantic, he thanks this upbringing for his creativity, drawing inspiration from the stark volcanic landscape he was embedded in from an early age.

“I’ve always been drawn to this intersection of sports and fashion; having grown up surfing, cycling and running amongst the vast landscapes Lanzarote offers, it has led these two worlds to always play a big role in my life”

Often taking cues from one another and setting his films in a sort of otherworldly environment, echoing that of his home island, leaning into bold compositions, strong contrast, and mixed formats to bring out different textures and moods.

Joss’s latest release is for Karmakoma Surfboards, a hand crafted surfboard company originating from Lanzarote – a project that brings his creative journey full circle
